Privacy Policy
Effective October 15, 2026
Levanto Global (“Levanto,” “we,” “us”) is a United States-based professional services firm. This policy explains what information we collect through levantoglobal.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Contact inquiries. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company, approximate company revenue, and the message you send.
Talent applications. When you apply through the Join Our Team form, we collect your name, email address, résumé or CV, and any work history, qualifications, or links (such as a LinkedIn profile) you choose to include.
Site usage. Like most websites, we collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the time of your visit, through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss how Levanto may work with your company
- To evaluate candidates for admission to the Levanto talent pipeline and, where relevant, for a specific client engagement
- To communicate with you about your application or inquiry
- To operate, secure, and improve the website
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Background verification
Before any client engagement, candidates complete a background verification covering identity, employment history, professional credentials, and criminal record. We will ask for your written consent before starting this process and will tell you which provider conducts it.
Who we share information with
- Service providers that host and run the site and our business tools, including Automattic (WordPress.com and Jetpack, which process form submissions) and Google (Google Workspace, for email). They process data on our behalf and under their own privacy commitments.
- Prospective clients. We share a candidate’s profile with a prospective client only with the candidate’s agreement, and only once a specific engagement is under discussion.
- Background verification providers, with your consent, as described above.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
International transfers
Levanto operates in the United States and works with candidates across Latin America. Information you submit is stored and processed in the United States. By submitting information, you understand it will be transferred to and handled in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Retention
We keep contact inquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, generally up to two years. We keep candidate information while you remain active in the Levanto talent pipeline, and for up to two years after your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a longer period is required by law.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw your application at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email contact@levantoglobal.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
The site uses cookies for basic functionality and aggregate visitor statistics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features of the site may not work as intended if you do.
Children
The site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
