Every Levanto professional is admitted to the firm through a rigorous selection process. By the time someone is deployed to your engagement, they’ve been selected, certified, and validated against US finance standards.

Levanto maintains an active pipeline of pre-vetted finance candidates across Latin America — selected through our four-stage admission process and ready for engagement match. When you sign an engagement, we match a candidate from the pipeline to your stack, complete any client-specific certifications, and deploy.
Pre-vetted means four stages: application review, cognitive and behavioral assessment, technical interview in English, and a live finance simulation graded against US benchmarks. Most candidates don’t make it through. The ones who do are the only ones who reach your engagement.
No idle bench. No recruiting cycle. No 90-day wait. 30 days from engagement signed to first owned deliverable.

Levanto is transparent about how the path works. There are no surprises. You will always know what stage you’re in, what’s expected of you, and what’s funded by the firm. A real Levanto team member reads every application within 5 business days.
Candidates submit a streamlined application — name, email, LinkedIn, and resume. We review and route to the right seniority track. Most candidates hear back within 5 business days. No automated rejections.
A structured assessment of cognitive ability, business English, and finance skills calibrated to the candidate’s seniority track. Every test is scored against US professional benchmarks.
60-minute video interview in English with a senior Levanto team member. Finance and accounting depth, communication fluency, and ability to explain complex ideas clearly under pressure.
Real-world finance exercise calibrated to the target role — month-end close, budget vs. actual variance, or 13-week cash flow forecast. Graded against US finance benchmarks. At this stage, candidates also provide standard documentation for background processing. Candidates who pass enter the Levanto Talent Pipeline and become eligible for engagement match.
Before admission to any client engagement, every Levanto professional clears a comprehensive background verification: identity, employment history, professional credentials, and clean record check. The work touches your books, your reporting, and your investor relationships — the trust standard has to be absolute.
