About Levanto.

An international professional services firm
for the modern finance function.

Why we built Levanto.

We’ve spent careers inside finance functions — running closes, building models, presenting to boards, defending forecasts to lenders, and watching the same problem repeat in every growing company we’ve worked with.

The problem is structural. A company at $5M ARR is too big for a bookkeeper and too small for a $180K Senior Analyst. The fractional CFO market gives strategy without execution. The contractor market gives execution without continuity. The traditional staffing platforms give a hire without a firm behind them. So the founder ends up patching it themselves — until the next board update, audit, or fundraise turns into a fire drill.

We built Levanto because the structural answer is the model used by the global accounting and law firms for a century: an international professional services partnership that admits professionals, holds a single standard, and stands behind the work.

We applied that model to LATAM finance talent — for the first time.

What we believe.

A look into our set of belief system and what drives everything we do.

Belief 1

We believe Latin America is the right talent geography for US finance work. Big Four firms have operated across the region for decades. Fortune 500 finance organizations run their hubs here. The training, the standards, the proximity, and the time zone alignment are not theoretical — they’re the institutional reality of how US business has worked in this hemisphere for a generation. We’re not building from scratch. We’re building on top of foundations that already exist.

Belief 2

We believe finance professionals deserve a real career path, not a contract. Most platforms place LATAM professionals and disappear. Levanto admits them to a firm, invests in their development, and gives them a path that compounds. The work matters. The firm stands behind it. The professional grows.

Belief 3

We believe this changes how teams are built. The traditional project-based outsourcing model — contractors managed at arm’s length across twelve time zones — was the answer to a different question. The question Levanto answers is different: how do US companies build coherent finance teams that include the best LATAM professionals as full teammates? Same time zone. Same language. Same business culture. Same firm. One team.

Levanto, the firm.

Levanto is a US professional services firm. Our clients contract with the firm. The firm assigns admitted professionals to engagements. The firm holds the performance standard. The firm carries the relationship — not a contractor, not a placement agency, not a vendor.

Our professionals are based across Latin America, selected through a four-stage admission process and certified to a single standard as part of deployment. They work US business hours, in your timezone, full-time on your business.

The firm’s economics are built so that every admitted professional has a direct stake in client outcomes. There are no contractors collecting hourly fees. There is no shared capacity. There is one professional, one client, one accountable relationship.

The future this firm is built for.

The finance function is being rebuilt around AI right now. Reporting that took a week takes an hour. Forecasting that took a month becomes a continuous, model-driven process. The companies that build their finance function around AI from the start will pull ahead of the companies that retrofit it later. Levanto exists to put the people who can build that future inside our clients’ businesses — not as advisors who recommend it, but as the professionals who identify where it should go, scope it to what the client actually needs, build it, and operate it. This is new for everyone. Finance professionals around the world are learning to build with AI right now. Levanto is one of the few firms where that learning is structured, funded, and part of the work.

Meet the Founders.

Levanto was founded by Andre Bueno and Bryson Lord, finance practitioners with more than three decades of combined experience leading finance teams, training them, and serving as senior advisors to hundreds of US companies across the full range of growth-stage and enterprise verticals.

Founding Partner & Co-CEO

Currently advises: FranklinCovey Brasil • Gifted Music School • Employer-Funded Financial Aid (EFFA)

Andre has spent his career inside the work most finance teams only read about — running M&A at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he led more than $20 billion in global transactions, advising hundreds of US clients across financial services, holding companies, and enterprise portfolios, and training the finance teams that had to live with the outcomes once the deal closed. A São Paulo native who has spent his professional life serving US companies, Andre brings the bridge Levanto is built on: he knows what US CFOs need because he has sat across from them for years, and he knows the LATAM finance talent pool because it is where he comes from.

Founding Partner

Currently advises: Bear Lake Watch

Bryson built a finance practice from the ground up. As a Principal at Ryan for more than a decade, he has led valuation and strategic CFO engagements for hundreds of US clients ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 50 enterprises, across IT, financial services, life sciences, consumer products, and beyond. The work has been the practical side of finance leadership — building the models, the reporting cadence, and the operating discipline that growing companies need to make defensible decisions, and training the finance teams that have to carry it forward. Two years living and working in Argentina gave Bryson a working understanding of LATAM finance talent that few US senior advisors ever develop.
